So we’re doing something new this week. We’re determined to get fit and trim before the holidays. Yes folks, I said the holidays. They are right around the corner, and what happens during the season? Food, lots and lots of food! So we thought it would be a great idea to lose any extra baggage before the Holidays and the traditional five pound weight gain this year. So every week we’re going to be checking in here for what we’re calling the Thursday Throw-Down we’re challenging ourselves and anyone who cares to join us to meet their goals before Turkey-day arrives. And just so you know I’ve busted out my trusty little calendar and that’s 13 weeks or 91 days from now. Whichever way works best for you.
Tricia: So I’m just going to put it out there. My goal is to lose 20 pds. before my son’s wedding in October and another 5 or 10 before D-day, or in this case T-day. How about you Lori?
